2026 AGM NOMINEES
MARC BOZZO • Director (2-Year Term)
Over the past year as a Board Member of the Markham Soccer Club, I have gained a deeper understanding of the complexities, challenges, and responsibilities involved in guiding an organization that plays such an important role in our community. This experience has strengthened both my commitment and my determination to help turn the club in a more positive, stable, and forward-thinking direction.
With a strong professional background in project management within the architecture and housing industry, I bring years of experience coordinating multifaceted projects, managing budgets, collaborating with consultants, and overseeing tendering and contract processes. These skills have proven invaluable during my time on the Board, particularly as the club has faced operational and organizational setbacks. My ability to navigate complex issues, implement structure, and support informed decision-making has helped me contribute meaningfully to the Board’s work this past year.
My passion for this club is rooted in many years of volunteer experience as a Team Manager and as a parent of children who have played at Markham Soccer Club since the age of five. This hands-on involvement has given me a deep understanding of the needs of players, families, coaches, and volunteers — and it continues to motivate me to push for a better, stronger, and more transparent club.
Despite the challenges we’ve faced, I am more committed than ever to helping the Markham Soccer Club reach its full potential. I believe in this community, in our players, and in the value of strong leadership during pivotal times.

My name is Jack Ng and have been living in Unionville for over 25 years. I retired in 2008, travelled around the world, engaged in a several real estate projects and now I look after my 8 year old. Looking back, I really didn’t retire in 2008. Instead, I had simply gone through a few career changes. Right now, I’m responsible for all of my 8 year old’s extracurricular activities. In the winter, we do ice hockey and snowboarding and in the summer, we do soccer and competitive go kart racing. Year round, we have taekwondo, swimming, Scouts and Chinese classes. On top of all that, I’m also the in house English, French and Math tutor. Needless to say, I’m very much involved in my 8 year’s growth and development.
I’m also quite involved within my community. I’m the Captain of my Community Neighbourhood Watch group, on the Board of Directors in the Unionville Residents Association as well as the Equipment Manager for the Markham Waxers Minor Hockey Association. I am seeking the position on the Board of Directors within the Markham Soccer Club, utilizing my background as a parent, a community leader and sports enthusiast.
