Please scroll through the list of teams, and select the year/gender that you would like to trial for. You will need to fill out the Player Assessment form, links provided below, and a member of the team's coaching staff will reach out to you directly, to set up your trial dates:

ABOUT OUR GRASSROOTS PROGRAM (U7-U13)
Our Grassroots Soccer program, Markham SC Development is guided by the belief that players of all ages and abilities should have the opportunity to enjoy the game and grow both as athletes and individuals. Through the principles of Long Term Player Development (LTPD), players are able to learn, develop, and compete at appropriate levels throughout their soccer journey.
Our Grassroots program caters to players from U7-U13 and is aligned with the National Youth Club License standards. This ensures a year-round curriculum designed by our technical staff, focusing on balanced growth across the Four Corners of Development—technical, physical, social, and psychological.
Each player is introduced to the fundamentals of soccer, with training tailored to their age and stage of development, fostering a love for the game while encouraging skill progression.
We welcome all players to our Grassroots program, regardless of previous experience with Markham Soccer Club.
Players wishing to join Markham SC Development are assessed by the team or group head coaches and our technical leaders during regular training sessions or at open assessment dates for specific age groups.
